(a) Occupied/ Vacant/ Under Construction Houses - Rs 2000/ Month
(b) Vacanat Plots - Rs 200/ Month
01 सितंबर 2026 से लागू होने वाली मासिक रखरखाव दरों में संशोधन इस प्रकार है:-
(a) कब्ज़े वाले/खाली/निर्माण-धीन घर - ₹2000/महीना
(b) खाली प्लॉट - ₹200/महीना
2. Members are requested to inform the Management Board on sale/ purchase of plots to update society records, and also clear their dues before transfer of ownership.
सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे प्लॉट की खरीद-बिक्री की जानकारी मैनेजमेंट बोर्ड को दें ताकि सोसाइटी के रिकॉर्ड अपडेट किए जा सकें, और मालिकाना हक ट्रांसफर करने से पहले अपना बकाया भी चुका दें।
